PLEASE NOTICE:
- The rates are not per person, but per unit (room, bungalow, villa, villa and bungalow) .
- Rates may change without any prior notice, unless of - course you have already made a booking.
- Check-in and check-out time is midday (not obligatory).
- The deposit amount depends on the total amount- cost of the booking. It can be between 30% to
50%. The rest of the money (balance) should be paid with arrival at the villa. - Everything that has to do with accommodation is included in the above rates.
- A booking confirmation form will be sent by fax to the customers that have made a booking and have
paid the deposit. - In case of booking cancellation: Deposit non refundable
